US Visa Fees in Thailand
When you are applying for a US visa, whether it is tourist visa, fiancée visa or a spouse visa, you will need to pay several fees. Depending upon the type of US visa and the country of application, some applicants may also have to pay an additional issuance fee in case the visa is issued.
The following visa fees apply for nonimmigrant US visa applications in Thailand. Each applicant, including children, is required to a non-refundable and non-transferable visa application fee. These fees must be paid whether a visa is issued or not.
K1 Visa (Fiancé Visa)
Police Clearance Fee = 100 - 2,200 THB
Thailand Legalization Fee = 400 THB/document
K2 Visa
Police Clearance Fee = 100 - 2,200 THB
Thailand Legalization Fee = 400 THB/document
Tourist or Business Visa
K3 Visa (Spouse Visa)
Police Clearance Fee = 100 - 2,200 THB

K4 Visa
Police Clearance Fee = 100 THB

CR-1 Visa (Spouse Visa)
Police Clearance Fee = 100 - 2,200 THB

IR-1 Visa (Spouse Visa)
