• If you cannot connect with anybody via phone, you can phone the front desk and request to speak to the Thailand Privilege team.
  • This option does involve a transfer, but it is a valid option in case there isn’t anyone on the Thailand Privilege team to pick up your call. 
• Head to the Siam Legal office in person and request for an in-person consultation.
  • There are offices in Bangkok, Phuket, and Chiang Mai with Thailand Elite departments in all 3 branches. 
  • While walk-ins are accepted everyday, it’s better to phone to check whether one is possible that day, given that on some occasions, the Thailand Privilege team may be fully occupied.
