You can bring your family to Thailand with an Elite Visa by choosing two options. 

First, you can apply for a Family Premium membership, which is an add-on available to Ultimate Privilege members. The validity of this membership will depend on the core member. For example, if you hold an Ultimate Privilege membership that has 15 years left, the family member you add will also receive a 15-year membership for their Family premium. Each added member must be an immediate family member and the cost will be 1,000,000 THB for each.

For the other option, you could also apply for a Family Alternative membership, which will last for 10 years. As the main applicant, you will have to pay 800,000 THB. Meanwhile, any of the immediate family members you want to add onto the membership will cost 700,000 THB per person.
