Applying for a Thai Elite Visa is a simple and straightforward process. Here are the steps to guide you through it.

Application for Membership and Background Check 

You can apply for the Thailand Elite Visa whether you are in Thailand or abroad. All you need is the following to apply:

• A copy of your passport. 
• Completed application form to Siam Legal.
• A photo of yourself.
  

These documents will be sent over to Thailand Elite, and the process could take up to 30 days for most countries, and up to 3 months for certain countries.

Transfer of Elite Membership Fee

After passing a background check and having the application approved, you will be asked to pay the membership fee. This will depend on the membership package you have selected, and the price ranges from 600,000 THB to 2 million THB. 

Elite Membership Acceptance 

You will get the Membership ID and instructions on how to get the visa after making the payment. 

Getting the Thailand Elite Visa 

If you are abroad, you can get the Thailand Elite Visa at the Thai Embassy in the country you are in. Another option is you get the visa upon arrival at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, Chiang Mai Airport, or Phuket Airport.

However, if you are already in Thailand, the Thai Elite agent can arrange the visa issuance at the Immigration Bureau in Bangkok.
