Terms and Conditions

Effective August 01, 2014, you agree to pay Siam Legal the prescribed SERVICE FEE which is the fee paid to secure our professional services ("SERVICE FEE"). You understand that the SERVICE FEE does NOT include consular fees, application fees, postage, or any other related expenses.

You understand that any refund of the SERVICE FEE will be governed by the Retainer Agreement.

Please bear in mind that no company can assure the success of a visa application. However if your application is rejected after we submit the required documents and/or testimony to the relevant authorities, Siam Legal will refund the SERVICE FEE you paid to us contingent on the following:

• The client must be completely truthful in all communications with Siam Legal including being forthcoming in providing any information which may affect the case.
• The client must timely respond to communication from Siam Legal's employees and assist Siam Legal in obtaining the requested documents needed for the case.
• The client must accurately provide information to the Immigration Officials without any false representations or material omissions.
• The client must truthfully declare that he or she does not have any criminal records, medical records, or prior immigration violations which may affect the case.
• The client must appropriately and timely respond to all requests by the relevant authorities.

If you change your mind and decide not to pursue your application after we have sent the questionnaire or prepared the documents for you, you would not be entitled to a refund.
